Eagle Drive Self Storage is a class A storage facility located on the southeast corner of FM 3180 and Interstate 10 in the heart of ever expanding Mont Belvieu, Texas.

EMAX General Contractors handled every phase of the project including the feasibility report, the pro forma, unit mix and design, as well as the construction.  The facility consists of over 50,000 gross square feet of climate and non-climate storage, boat/rv storage and office warehouse space.

GOINGS BBQ CROSBY

Going’s BBQ started in Baytown, TX and owners Ramiro and Stalita Ruiz have expanded their brand to 7 locations across southeast Texas.  Mr. Ruiz hired EMAX General Contractors to handle the remodel of his Crosby property. We added over a 1,000 sq. ft. of new building, put a colored, standing-seam roof on, poured 26,000 sq. ft. of paving, added new electrical service and HVAC in addition to the exterior and interior finish.  Please stop by if your ever in the area.  You won’t be disappointed with either the ambiance, or the BBQ!

STEWART & 89TH SELF STORAGE

Stewart & 89th Self Storage is located one block off of Galveston’s seawall. Due to the constant elements of the weather along the coast, two of the facility’s buildings were in need of a new roof. EMAX General Contractors reroofed approximately 20,000 square foot of buildings.

Using our own New Tech roll forming metal roofing machine, we were able to run the new panels onsite ensuring that the job was completed on schedule and without material delays.

MARSHLAND

Marshland consisted of replacing 6,000 square foot of existing R-panel metal roof with a new 24-guage standing seam roof. Moreover, EMAX General Contractors replaced the wall panels and trim, constructed an arched cover over the front of the building, as well as, added Austin limestone and stucco to the exterior.

The final stage of the job consisted of pouring 13,000 square foot of paving, installing a crushed concrete lay-down yard and balancing the site.

PLUM CREEK SELF STORAGE

Plum Creek Self Storage provided EMAX General Contractors with an opportunity to travel to the Texas Hill Country to complete Phase II of the facility. The project consisted of two climate/non climate self storage buildings, a Boat/RV enclosed building and an extension of an existing covered parking building.

EMAX was able to complete the 54,000 square foot project in a little over 90 days.

STORIT! @ NEW TERRITORY

EMAX General Contractors completed the 40,000 square foot expansion in November of 2011. The project was completed in 70 days and consisted of a climate/nonclimate controlled self storage building, an enclosed boat/RV building, as well as a covered parking building.

Additionally, EMAX remodeled the office and apartment updating countertops, flooring, fixtures, and painting.
